Things to Learn: Diplomacy

Becky S. over at Good Grief wrote a really lovely letter to a reader who she apparently didn't like. She addressed her note to "Dear Internet Guy," and finished it up like this:

We women are lucky indeed that men such as yourself are willing to educate us in the ways of the world. So thanks for the tip, but I think I will decline any future correspondence. It's a shoot-the-messenger thing; I imagine you get that a lot.

Hey! Me too! I've gotta start writing weird stuff to Becky so she can insult me this gently. It'd be a big improvement.
