Momentary Horror

Today at church someone asked me if I wanted to join a "cornhole league."

Cornhole is game something like horseshoes but played with beanbags. There is an American Cornhole Association.

But still, for one brief moment there I thought I was going to have to stop being a Lutheran.

Cornholing at church? It's hard to resist a Catholic joke.

That would have had me ROTFLMAO in high school. Now, it's just embarrassing.

I had pretty much the exact same reaction the first time someone invited me to their house for a "cornhole party".

I asked, "Isn't that illegal in this state?"

Which led to a lot of blank stares and me not making sodomy jokes in front of the rednecks.

Assuming that you were inclined to join the "Cornhole League" was there any mention about how the tryouts would be conducted?

And now I just ran across this, Cornhole: The Movie.

Also, for anyone that wants to experience Cornhole online, Corn Hole: The Game.

Both links found at Ace's Place.
