In this article about international reporters trying to understand American politics, there is the following quote from a foreign journalist:
"It's very difficult for a Clinton to do wrong in Ireland," she said. "There is a golf course in Kerry where Bill Clinton once played, and do you know that there is a statue of him there? Teenage girls gather around it . . . and they're called Monicas."
Note above that Bill Clinton was never that skinny in his life.
And from the looks of that bulge in his pants, he's quite happy to see those teenage Monicas.
