Great photos! And, as usual, your commentary had me chuckling before six AM and that takes some doing.

I too had some great chuckles reading your blog. I have to admit that I work for Peju Winery and was very sad about your comments. I am so sorry for the way you were treated and if you are ever in the valley I would love to make it up to you with a private tasting or what ever you like. Please email me directly at Stacee@peju.com and I would be happy to set it up for you and your guests. As for the Decor - I will forward it to Tony Peju.

Thank you and have a wonderful day!

Wow....now that's responsive guest services!

You make me feel so inadequate. I just go and enjoy the wine...and yes usually buy a lot!

Did you drop by Gundlach? Nice Tempranillo.

Allow me to apologize for Tom. He is this way with most of his guests. Most of us have grown used to it, and chalk this behavior up to a certain Kentuckian flair that is uniquely Tom's. Still, I'm appalled at his treatment of such a fine young lass as you. Perhaps I could apologize in person at your winery during a free tasting?

Yours in oenophillic joy,
