...on Christmas Eve, when we're singing Silent Night and walking out of church, when the world is quiet and absolutely still. It is in that moment that I feel closest to God.
I wish you all a Merry Christmas. Enjoy your families, your friends, the community or solitude the day brings you. Enjoy the quiet or the hubbub. Whether you believe in God or not, use the day to find one moment of perfect bliss. Inhale deeply and take the time to feel the depth of your soul.
And I'll see you in a couple of days.
That time, walking out of church at midnight, Silent Night sung by candlelight and snow falling as we leave is one of my favorite moments of the entire year.
